Today we got to see the new Rise of the TMNT figures by Playmates for the upcoming Nick show. I actually love the way the turtles look and Splinter looks pretty cool too. I’m not a fan of the April design in general so I don’t have a comment about her figure.
Meat Sweats is a silly name but the figure is pretty rad! Baron Draxum will be gold only because of John Cena. The design is alright. Further, the playset and vehicles are $$. I’m excited!
My only disappointment is that Shredder isn’t included in the first wave, maybe not even at all in this show. Could they go a new route and have Shredder show up later on? It would be interesting as Shredder has always been the main villain, for the most part, in previous shows. What do you think??
